I am a clinical social worker with 20 years of experience. I’ve worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced a variety of clinical issues, including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, anger management, self-harm, and more. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients implement positive change. I believe that all people have the capacity to make positive changes in their lives. I will start where you are and as we build a therapeutic relationship we will focus on your goals in an open and safe environment. The goals of treatment are often achieved through a series of small, incremental changes. I have considerable experience dealing with cross cultural issues and this perspective enhances my ability to collaborate with you to formulate treatment goals. We will build step by step to help you see positive change in yourself.
